Debbie Uglean
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Debbie Uglean is a proud Okie with a lifelong passion for service and leadership. With extensive experience in public relations, program and project management, marketing, promotions, and fundraising, Debbie has made a lasting impact through her work with organizations such as the Combined Federal Campaign, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Kiwanis Club, Special Olympics, Leaders of Tomorrow, and numerous other boards and committees.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University. Her academic foundation, combined with decades of hands-on leadership, has equipped her to drive meaningful change and build strong community partnerships.

Tom Uglean
Tom Uglean is a proud “Cal Okie,” having made the move from California to Oklahoma to attend college. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Management Information Systems, Tom brings a sharp technical mind and a hands‑on, solutions‑driven approach to every project.
With extensive leadership and Board of Director experience, Tom has spent years mentoring youth as a Boy Scout leader, helping guide multiple Scouts to the rank of Eagle Scout. His commitment to community and mentorship is matched by his talent for solving complex problems—earning him a reputation for “MacGyver‑like” ingenuity, especially when it comes to race data and timing equipment. From unexpected challenges to laugh‑out‑loud race‑day mishaps, Tom’s resourcefulness keeps events running smoothly.
Outside the tech tent, Tom is an avid cyclist who enjoys exploring Oklahoma’s trails and staying connected to the cycling community. Whether he’s fine‑tuning timing systems or supporting riders on race day, Tom brings energy, precision, and a whole lot of heart to the team.
